Rider

I was raised in a military family and because of that I have great appreciation for the freedoms that we have in America.  I have lived in Denver since 1985, have worked at Children's Hospital for 27 years and have been a parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Denver since 1998.  When my daughters were young, I bought them the book "Do Hard Things, A Teenage Rebellion Against Low Expectations."  I got more out of it than they did.  With the media revealing more and more the horrific suffering of Christians in the Middle East, I have become inspired to "do something hard" to help them.
